Haunted Lodge 2025

Our Haunted Lodge for homeschool families will be held Saturday, November 1 from 4-8pm at Camp Comstock’s Main Lodge at 1419 Taughannock Blvd, Ithaca, NY 14850. This party is open to all homeschool families and friends. We do have a suggested $5 donation per family to help cover costs of supplies and treats. Party is rain or shine! Dress for the weather! Please park at the top of the hill and walk down to the main lodge. But be careful! Who knows what awaits you along the way!
This year, we have a costume contest with the following categories:
- Best Homemade Costume
- Scariest Costume
- Most Original Costume
- Cutest Costume
- Group Costume
- Crowd Favorite
Our Haunted Lodge Party Schedule –
4-5 pm Fun Halloween arts and crafts
4-7 pm Outdoor games like light-up ladder ball, light-up horse shoe, light-up frisbe
4-8 pm Potluck – bring a dish and creepy treats to share
4-8 pm Dance Party – dance with friends and explore the outside and inside of the main lodge to check out all the fun and scary scenes we have set up for your enjoyment
5-6 pm Organized games, like potato sack race, pumpkin sweep, donut eating contest, Halloween scavenger hunt, etc.
6 pm Costume Runway – strut your stuff
7 pm Costume awards announced and more dancing till the end!
What to bring – a really awesome costume, dish to share, a fun treat for the kids after the orchard walk.
