January 9 - March 16, 2012: Winter Session (10 weeks)

Late January: Programming Meetings

February 7th: Financial Deadline for those paying in installments

February 9th: Program Proposal and Alternate Contributions Forms Available, Deadline for approval of new alternate contributions

February 15th: Proposal Deadline/Alternate Contributions Due

March 10th - 12th: Calendar available for leader review

March 16th: Enrollment Begins

March 23rd: Enrollment Deadline

April 2nd - 4th : Enrollment Lists available for leader review

April 6th: Enrollment Results Announced

April 16th – June 8th: Spring Session (8 weeks)
